Invisalign in Fort Wayne
A Straighter Smile That Fits Your Lifestyle
Invisalign is the clear way to straighten teeth, gradually moving your smile into place through a series of custom-made removable aligners. Because the aligners come out for meals, there are no food restrictions, brushing and flossing stay easy, and office visits are only every 12 to 16 weeks. It is the best way to transform your smile without interrupting your day-to-day life.
Dr. Bussick has offered Invisalign since its inception in 1997 and is the only orthodontist in Northeast Indiana with VIP Platinum Plus Provider status, earned by treating over 300 cases and at least 50 more every 6 months. With newer technology, Invisalign is an option for patients as young as 7, so kids, teens, and adults can all start with the region’s most experienced Invisalign team.

Common questions
What Fort Wayne Parents Ask Us Most
Dr. Bussick and the American Association of Orthodontists recommend children be seen by age 7 or 8. Early detection of many orthodontic problems can help avoid more extensive treatment later.
It is not necessary to have a referral from your dentist; however, most dentists will make a referral at the first indication that treatment may be needed. In addition, many of our patients are referred by friends, co-workers, and neighbors.
Braces have changed significantly over the last several years. Thanks to technology, today’s braces are smaller and more comfortable than braces in the past. As a patient, you may experience some discomfort after certain visits; however, pain relievers such as Advil or Tylenol can help alleviate the pain.
Each case is different and no orthodontist can give a diagnosis over the phone. The length of treatment and type of treatment needed will determine the cost. When treatment is implemented at the appropriate time, it is often less costly than the dental care that may be needed to treat serious problems in the future.
